I really do need some dating advice. I know that you are not all Dr. Phil or anything like that. I just also need someone to relate to too.
I'm currently dating someone who works as a trucker. I work in a bank. I work 40 hours a week. He works 55.
Now, the problem is that I'm the type who keeps promises. He did keep his promise the first three dates, but lately he's been stuck doing some overtime. He promised to call me this morning and he hasn't.
I have called him once, and I don't want to call to harass him again. I've done that before on previous dates. And to tell you the truth, I don't like becoming the needy woman constantly calling and stalking the guy. I would rather be the nice girl who is patient.
Now is it just me, or does this happen to all women (And men too)? I mean dating someone who has more than one job and works more than 40 hours a week. And do you think that it's our Economy that is doing this to all singles?

Hello Everybody,
I have a question about dating. I just starting dating a guy and so far so good. We've been on three dates already. However there is one little problem.
Let me start by saying that the problem started when I thought that he was going to call me at noon last Sunday to tell me that he's going to pick me up. He did call me an hour later. But during that time, I was starting to worry that he might like me and that I was going to the Hockey Game alone. That did not happen.
Now I am waiting for him to call me again, because I decided to have him choose where we are going. I invited him last time to go play pool. Should I just wait for him to call me, or should I call him? If I do call him, I don't want to come off as being desperate. What should I do?
